dYdX DAO Onboarding Framework & Working Group
Description
The grant will be used to map and build the Onboarding framework that will be adopted across the dYdX DAO for growing Working Groups and participation. The grant includes a research post and the founding of an Onboarding working group to help guide growth.
Purpose
Onboarding is now one of the most important functions for dYdX to propoerly scale its DAO and working groups. Conducting in depth research and thorough assessment of best practices will help us build the best possible process.
Payment structure
25% upfront, 75% at completion
