Description
This grant serves to transfer the dYdX Ops SubDAO's existing node provider service agreements to the DEP to further decentralize the dYdX chain infrastructure stack. The three providers will run the following services as part of the arrangement: five (5) full nodes, two (2) archival nodes, one (1) database download location, one (1) StateSync snapshots location, and one (1) seed node.
The dYdX Ops SubDAO uses these node services to run the chain's infrastructure effectively, and the need for three separate node providers comes down to redundancy and geographic distribution.
