Solana Nodes for dYdX Testnet
Description
This grant will fund Helius to manage two additional dedicated Solana RPC nodes that will allow dYdX testnet validators to access Slinky's Solana price feeds. The location of the nodes will be evenly split between Tokyo and Amsterdam.
Since we expected the dYdX testnet to have fewer Solana markets than mainnet, the initial plan was to have testnet validators use public endpoints. However, public endpoints aren't enough to handle the increase in traffic. Two additional nodes will provide enough capacity to handle the increase in traffic.
