Description
Mo, not originally assigned with helping the launch of our Merch program, stepped up to play an active role in helping the team improving the overall process and impact of the successful launch. Mo contributed towards outreach initiatives, website design, operational hoops, and more to guarantee a smooth and high impact launch.
Purpose
While difficult to quantify in terms of impact and value, the Grants team will continue to leverage Retroactive grants to reward community contributors that play an active, above-and-beyond role towards initiatives and the protocol. In this case, Mo committed time and effort outside of immediate responsibilities to help make this initiative a success.
